Staff/Servers $25 per hour per server, Minimum 6 hours per server. Time and a half after 8 hours.
Depending on the type of service and how many guests will dictate the fee. -Buffet -Servers Set up Buffet area, Serve food from Buffet Tables onto guests plates as they go through & Clean Up. 1 Server per 20 guests.
-Family Style-Platters of food brought to each table of seated guests-1 Server per 15 guests.
-Sit Down Style-Plated food served in course as in a restaurant.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages Station: $5 per person
Sun Ice Tea~ Lemonade~ Lemon Ice Water~ Coffee~ Tea Service-I provide the water, ice & disposable cups for this station.
