She made everything we wanted happen and suited our needs, whether by working to adapt to the venue or supplying odds and ends no one would expect the caterer to have handy. Having a caterer is one thing, but having a smart caterer with solutions is pure gold.
Ahhh… I almost forgot the whole point of having a caterer… The food. Let’s just say I still get comments on how good the food was almost 9 months later. I really do. Trish is a great chef and she made a wonderful impression on me, my wife, and our guests making her one of the best wedding decisions we made.”
