CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the contracted event is canceled for any reason, Paso Catering Co. must receive written notice of said cancellation no later than 45 days prior to the event. Upon receiving written notice, Paso Catering Co. will refund any additional monies paid (except the deposit) less any expenditures previously requested by the client for the event. If written notice of the contracted event cancellation is received less than the 45th day prior to the event, the client agrees the balance of the contract is due in full and payable immediately.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY/POSTPONEMENT/RESCHEDULING:

Our employees are secured and booked for the date of the event in this contract. As such, it prohibits our company and staff from taking additional work and results in lost wages and opportunity costs. A change of the event date is a cancellation of this contract and subject to provisions outlined above. If you re-book your event with Paso Catering Co. a new contract will be issued subject to date availability and your deposit will be transferred from the canceled event contract to the rebooked event contract provided the terms of the cancellation policy above have been met.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable.
