Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and initiate planning services. This deposit reflects the reservation of your date and the opportunity cost of turning away other clients.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• 45+ days prior to event date:
  If cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded, less any non-recoverable costs or expenses already incurred on your behalf.
• Less than 45 days prior to event date:
  Cancellations received within 45 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made, including the deposit, and client may be responsible for costs already incurred for labor, staffing commitments, product ordering, and event preparation.

Paso Catering Co. will make reasonable efforts to mitigate losses where possible.

Date Changes / Postponements

Your event date is reserved specifically for your booking, which may limit our ability to accept other events.

• A change of date is treated as a cancellation of the original contract.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a new agreement for the updated date.
• If a new date is secured with Paso Catering Co., any eligible deposits may be transferred to the new event date at our discretion, provided notice is given in accordance with the cancellation policy and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred.

• Staffing and production are scheduled in advance based on your confirmed date.
• Once vendors, staffing, or product orders have been secured, those costs may be non-refundable.
• This policy is designed to reflect fair business practices while protecting both parties from financial loss due to last-minute cancellations or changes.
